Villas on the Square Strategic Plan

A premier community in Cordova Park!

See above for the strategic plan developed for our community in 2019.  We discussed this at the annual meeting on November 5, 2019.  The majority consensus was in favor!

Villas on the Square is a 108 unit condominium located in the Cordova Park area of Pensacola, Florida.


Our prime location puts our owners and residents in walking distance to shopping, restaurants, banking, health care and churches.

We are also very close to one of the top rated public elementary schools in Escambia County, and very convenient to several highly regarded private schools.


We upgraded and updated our property in 2019 and 2020. Our paving, landscaping and swimming pool projects are finished.

Our next meetings are:


November 6 at 6:00 pm - Annual Members Meeting - (Villas on the Square Clubhouse & Zoom)
November 18 at 5:30 pm - Monthly Board Meeting - (Villas on the Square Clubhouse & Zoom)
December 16 at 5:30 pm - Monthly Board Meeting - (Villas on the Square Clubhouse & Zoom)


Board meetings are normally held on each third Monday of the month at 5:30 pm.

The November and December meetings are subject to change due to the holidays and at the discretion of the new board elected at the annual meeting.
