Work should begin on our pool project shortly. The pool is now closed.

The contract includes:
Leak detection before work begins
Complete rehabilitation of the pool, including new plaster, edge tiles, and coping stones
Removal of the hot tub, per the unit owner vote in August 2019
Installation of pavers over the existing concrete pool deck, per the unit owner vote in August 2019
Installation of a new salt water system to save money on pool chemicals AND
New pool furniture

The Association is taking the step of providing a new, upscale swimming pool for use by everyone.

Please cooperate with us by being a good neighbor and treating our pool like it was the one in your own backyard!
