Wind Mitigation Info
The Association strongly recommends that all owners obtain a type HO-6 condominium unit owners policy to cover the contents in all units. This insurance is designed to cover appliances, floor coverings, fixtures, furniture, and other items in your unit that are not covered by the Association master policy.
The wind mitigation reports are designed to help you obtain a discount on your HO-6 policy.
HO-6 policies are available with special assessment coverage that may cover you in the event a special assessment is needed after a tropical storm, hurricane or other event.
The wind mitigation reports are current as of the date of replacement of each roof.
